The Newest Addition to the Go! Animations for 2nd grade Music

How Melody Moves is the newest addition to my Go! Animate Series of Unit Introductions. Can't wait to see my 2nd graders' reactions! :)

This is WHY!

Why am I passionate about teaching 2nd graders music note reading? Why am I constantly searching for and creating new tools to engage their learning? For this very reason: when I got to work this morning, this printout from Note Trainer was on my desk.
This second grade girl had taken the initiative to practice Note Trainer at home...110 notes, 100%!

As I begin to administer the post-test for my Action Research, and am worried a bit about what the results will be, I must keep this thought... if any success has been gained, if any students are more engaged and excited about note reading, then it has been a worthwhile venture!
